Unit Trusts
What is a Unit Trust?
A unit trust allows multiple investors to pool their money into a diversified portfolio of assets like stocks, bonds, or property. In return, investors receive “units” that represent their share of the trust. Unit trusts offer diversification, reducing risk compared to investing in a single asset with the value of each unit changing with the performance of the assets.
